She Worked Hard for the Money

Annabelle had been working so hard to earn the "Wedding Snow White and Royal Prince." She was trying to earn 90 "warm fuzzies" and had 7 left to go! On this particular day I had A LOT of work to do around the house, so I pitched the idea to her that she could help me all day and earn all 7 in ONE day! She was on board and so excited! Of course I didn't take pictures of all the chores she helped with, but I did snap a couple. At the end of the day, her jar was jam packed and ready to be spent! Congratulations Annabelle! You did it!

Right: Brushing the chimichungas with olive oil
Top: Her smile when I told her she was ALL DONE!
Bottom: Feeling proud after rinsing ALL those dishes for mom!

Stocky Raids the Fridge

Stockton couldn't wait for breakfast! He actually got into the fridge (most likely with the help of a certain big sister), got out the bowl of grapes, and started eating them by the bunch! Notice the empty bunches surrounding him  :) Too cute!

A late night with hyper kids!

These pictures were taken the night we went to Kangaroo Zoo. We had gotten home pretty late, but the kids were still WIRED! They were so cute, smiling, laughing, screaming, and squealing with delight that I couldn't help but snap a few shots before putting them to bed, even though my house was a mess! Annabelle kept getting wayyy close to the camera, but the pictures are still fun and happy  :)

Patiently waiting for his turn at the sink.
I love how he just grabbed a book and sat down to read right in the middle of the hallway  :)
Can't stop laughing and being silly!
I love seeing big smiles on my kids' faces!

Family Fun Night at Kangaroo Zoo

Josh and I decided to take the kids to Kangaroo Zoo for some fun and exercise. Stocky was fearless, and Annabelle used that to her advantage  :)  It was hilarious! For some reason, she just wanted to throw Stocky around like a BIG ragdoll, and he LOVED every second of it! He's a good sport! She also had me and Josh laughing when she made "sea creature friends" and showered them with loves and snuggles. She was pretending she was Ariel and that they were her sea friends. It's such a fun place for the kids to let loose and work their legs! :)

Fearless and head-first
Wrestling! I imagine the days are numbered to when their sizes are reversed and she will no longer be able to get away with this  :)  I can't help but let her do it while she has the chance! Haha
Her favorite slide!
Stocky is so excited!
A sea friend
Another sea friend  :)
Annabelle: "Here we go!"
Stockton: "I'm not ready yet!"
Annabelle: "Here we go!"
Annabelle: "See Stockton, that wasn't too bad!"
Stockton: "I said I wasn't ready."

So funny!

Annabelle has a Milestone!

Annabelle had her 1st sleepover away from home or Grandma's house! Her cousin Liv invited her over to play and spend the night. She was SO excited, had a great time, and cried when it was time to come home  :) She was so cute getting ready and packing her little backpack! I'm glad she had the opportunity to go and have so much fun; it's not only great to see her growing closer to her cousins and developing real friendships with them, but it's also wonderful to see her develop more trust in her aunts and uncles, to depend on them when Josh and I are not there. Yeah Annabelle!!  :)

Stockton takes Advantage of a Busy Mom!

This is what happened when I tried to watch the republican debate on the Internet...I should've known he was being wayyyyy too good and wayyyyy too quiet!  :)

"Hmmmm...this stuff is more fun to play with than eat"!
"It smells wonderful and feels so soft"
"I can totally load up my dump truck with it!"
"OH NO! I'm caught!"

Although it was  a HUGE mess to clean up, it really was a small price to pay for uninterrupted viewing of an awesome debate! And how cute was Stockton's face when he got caught?!  :)

The Ponies give a Blessing

Annabelle's ponies were all set up to give their little pet a "priesthood blessing." Apparently the pet had fallen ill  :)

Bathtub Peek-a-boo

Annabelle and Stockton had SO much fun playing "bathtub peek-a-boo!" I heard LOTS and LOTS of noise and laughter coming from the bathroom; when I went to check it out they were having a ball playing all kinds of games in the bathtub--dressed  :) They were using the back of the tub as a slide, jumping in and out, playing peek-a-boo with the shower curtain, and lots more! I thought it was really funny and cute  :)

Annabelle and her BFF's

Many mornings Annabelle can be found playing, talking, loving, dressing, and imagining with her BFF's: Missy, Susan, Sophie, Sunflower, Fancy Nancy, and Ariel (not pictured because Annabelle isn't happy with Ariel's messy hair right now).  :)

We LOVE Annabelle's imagination, and we love her "daughters" too!
